Week by week, map out your progress by weighting yourself and taking another photo, then place it next to the original photo, so that you will see the significant changes that are happening.

Gather support from groups

The internet is home to many random things nowadays, and some of which include support groups for anything under the sun. If there are breastfeeding support groups, then definitely there are weight loss support groups as well. Try looking it up and join them. There is nothing worth more than knowing that someone, or in this case a whole group of people, share the same goal as yours – and that is to reduce weight.

Losing excess weight and aiming for a slimmer body is not just about for physical gain or for vanity pleasures. This is your way of making yourself healthier. By leading an ideal lifestyle with proper diet, exercise and of course rest, you develop your immunity to fight off certain diseases and you make your bodies stronger than ever. Weight loss then is all about improving yourself for your own benefit.
